Sean M. Freeland received his undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. He then relocated to East Tennessee where he attended law school at Lincoln Memorial University, Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, TN. Sean received both his law degree and a master’s degree in criminal justice in 2023.
Sean has since moved to Nashville, where he practices in any area of law that allows him to help those in need. He possesses extensive experience in the areas of family law, criminal defense and contract law. Sean is not afraid of a fight. He has successfully defended clients on charges of DUI, drug offenses, domestic violence, burglary, theft, assault & battery, and community supervision matters. Sean’s civil expertise includes child custody and family disputes, divorce and post-divorce litigation. Sean also has extensive experience handling contract and business disputes, estate planning, and personal injury matters.
